2. Return Policy We want you to love your art. However, because different items have different production methods, our return eligibility varies by product type.
Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:

Paper Art Prints: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (including any plastic wrapping).

Canvases: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our canvases and the high cost of shipping large items, we cannot accept returns on canvas orders unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for an eligible item:

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
